Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the tools listed in accordance with these terms. To cancel an order before it is shipped, contact our customer service team at [ffffjs1012@163.com]. Cancellation is not possible once the order has been shipped.

Right of Withdrawal: As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g., via email to ffffjs1012@163.com). You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices on this website are subject to change without notice. The price for tools will be as stated at the time of order placement. Price increases apply only to orders placed after such changes. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer and reserve the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.

Payments are processed via cash on delivery. You represent and warrant that:
(i) The information you provide (e.g., delivery address) is true, accurate, and complete.
(ii) You are responsible for any additional costs resulting from errors in the information provided.
(iii) You will pay the stated price upon receipt of the goods.

Shipping; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss

We are responsible for arranging the shipment of tools to you. Please refer to individual product pages for specific shipping options. Delivery is free and typically occurs within 7-15 days.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery of the tools to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays in shipping.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds for tools returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, except for products designated as non-returnable on the website. See the “NOVATECH Return and Exchange Policy” for details.

For warranty-related returns within the 24-month warranty period (or as specified on the product page), contact us at ffffjs1012@163.com. Non-warranty returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt. For valid claims, we cover return shipping costs, but you bear the risk of loss during transit.

Important: Returns will not be accepted if the items do not meet the requirements outlined in our “NOVATECH Return and Exchange Policy.”

Warranty Services

Limited Warranty

This limited warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your jurisdiction.
